We understand that travel plans can change. The terms below apply to all tour, pilgrimage and wedding packages booked with Fly Tours, unless a different policy is stated in your specific booking confirmation.

1. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package cost based on the number of days before your departure date that we receive your written cancellation request.

Note: These are indicative slabs. Please confirm the exact terms for your package, as charges for flights, special permits (e.g. Kailash Mansarovar, Amarnath) and pre-booked hotels during peak season may be non-refundable.

3. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control — natural disasters, landslides, heavy snowfall, government restrictions, temple closures or other "force majeure" situations — tours may be rescheduled or cancelled. In such cases we will refund recoverable amounts after deducting non-refundable costs already paid to suppliers. Fly Tours is not liable for losses arising from such events.

4. No-Show & Unused Services

No refund is provided for unused services, missed departures, or no-shows once the tour has commenced.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

Send your booking ID and cancellation request to info@flytours.in or call us at +91 98765 43210. The cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written request.
